We offer refunds on all our products subject to the following conditions:
- Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Must have a valid reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
- To initiate a return, please send an email or call our customer service number. Ensure you provide your order number
- You will have the option of obtaining a store credit or refund back to the original payment method (store credit can only be used on website). Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process
